    I've lived here in Winters for 30+ years. I have gone to this restaurant numerous times. Every time I've gone there the food has been good and the customer service is great.

    The cashier is cool but the owner was really rude to me one time. I never stepped foot in that little run down restaurant again. Beside, if you want better Mexican food, I'd highly recommend Chuy's Taqueria or El Pueblo Meat Market & Deli. The burritos I bought from Kountry Kitchen were greasy with grease dripping from the bottom. I should have asked for my money back.
