  Service can be iffy at times, but the food is excellent and the beer selection is top notch. Plenty of TVs if you want to catch a game here or quiet and nice enough for a date. Definitely worth checking out.

  This restaurant seems a little out of place in Winters, but is worth a stop. With industrial, reclaimed, slightly hipster-leaning decor, the vibe is quirky yet comfortable. They have some dog-friendly tables out front on the sidewalk and a small enclosed patio out back, in addition to lots of seating inside. Locally sourced ingredients appears to be a priority and the food was delicious. Definitely try the burger, as well as their shrimp and grits. Consistent with the name, home made preserves are a part of many menu items.
